Section 45.2 - Applicability(a) This chapter applies to all logging, sawmill, wood working, veneer and cooperage operations and sets forth rules to safeguard the lives, limbs and health of workers in these operations.(b) This chapter applies to all installations unless otherwise specified as applying only to new or existing installations.
