The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Foot-candle-The lighting effect produced upon an object by a standard candle at a distance of 1 foot.
Minimize-To reduce to the smallest practical proportion.
Nonflammable material-Material which will not readily burn or ignite.
