Section 73.118 - Initial eligibility requirementsPlans of credit involuntary unemployment insurance as provided in § 73.110(a) (relating involuntary unemployment insurance benefits) may provide for initial eligibility requirements, whereby an insurer may choose to exclude from credit involuntary unemployment coverage, one or more of the following:
(1) Unemployed individuals.(2) Self-employed individuals.(4) Workers in seasonal or temporary jobs which are designed to last 6 consecutive months or less.(5) Debtors who have been notified of a layoff or of employment termination occurring within 60 days of the termination notification.
