Section 1021.113 - Continuance of hearings(a) Hearings may not be continued except for compelling reasons. Requests for continuances shall be submitted to the Board in writing with a copy served upon the other parties to the proceedings, except that during the course of a hearing in a proceeding, the requests may be made by oral motion in the hearing.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa.
