(a) This section applies to sources except those subject to other provisions of this article, with respect to the control of sulfur compound emissions.(b) No person may permit the emission into the outdoor atmosphere of sulfur oxides from a source in a manner that the concentration of the sulfur oxides, expressed as SO2, in the effluent gas exceeds 500 parts per million, by volume, dry basis.The provisions of this § 123.21 adopted September 10, 1971, effective 9/11/1971, 1 Pa.B. 1804; amended March 3, 1972, effective 3/20/1972, 2 Pa.B. 383.
