Section 77.127 - Final permit action(a) The Department will notify the permit applicant of its decision to approve or disapprove or of its intent to disapprove unless the applicant submits additional information, within a stated time, to resolve deficiencies according to the following time limits:(1) If an informal conference or public hearing has not been held, notice will be within a reasonable time not to exceed 60 days of the close of the public comment period.(2) If a public hearing or informal conference has been held, notice will be within 60 days of the public hearing or informal conference.(b) Simultaneously with the final action on a permit application, the Department will:(1) Issue notice of its decision to the applicant and each person who filed a written objection or comment on the application.(2) Publish its decision in the Pennsylvania Bulletin and within 10 days after the granting of a permit, issue notice to the local government officials of each township or municipality in which the activities are located.The provisions of this § 77.127 adopted March 16, 1990, effective 3/17/1990, 20 Pa.B. 1647.
