Rule 1201 - ApplicabilityThe rules in this chapter apply to the exercise by a hearing officer of jurisdiction under:
(1) Section 6110 of the Protection From Abuse Act, 23 Pa.C.S. § 6110, granting emergency relief from abuse, and(2) Section 62A09 of Title 42, 42 Pa.C.S. § 62A 09, granting emergency relief in connection with claims of sexual violence or intimidation.The provisions of this Rule 1201 amended March 27, 1992, effective immediately, 22 Pa.B. 1900; amended November 2, 2001, effective 2/1/2002, 31 Pa.B. 6385; amended July 7, 2006, effective immediately, 36 Pa.B. 3810; amended June 29, 2015, effective 7/1/2015, 45 Pa.B. 3811; amended October 28, 2016, effective 12/31/2016, 46 Pa.B. 7165.
