Section 73.184 - Reporting of potential violation(a) A suspected violation of the act or this chapter may be reported to Board staff.(b) The report will be investigated by the Board staff to determine if the action constitutes a violation of the act or this chapter.(c) If the violation is verified by Board staff as a complaint, it will be reported to the review and recommendation panel for disposition.(d) The review and recommendation panel will consider the report of Board staff and other relevant information and give specific instructions to the staff for the resolution of complaints.(e) A complaint which is not resolved to the satisfaction of the review and recommendation panel may subject the school to enforcement proceedings under §§ 73.181-73.193.The provisions of this §73.184 amended September 6, 1996, effective 9/7/1996, 26 Pa.B. 4334.
