Section 845-007-0035 - Removal of Objectionable and Non-Conforming Advertising(1) Licensees and retail sales agents must remove any sign, display, or advertisement if the Commission finds it violates these rules.(2) The Commission will specify a reasonable time period in which to remove the objectionable advertisements.Or.
