Section 819-020-0110 - ADVANCED ESTHETICIAN CERTIFICATION(1) A permanent certification authorizes the holder to practice advanced nonablative esthetics. (2) A permanent certification is valid for one year and becomes inactive on the last day of the month one year from the date of issuance or renewal. Or. Admin. Code § 819-020-0110
