Section 813-020-0020 - [Effective until 5/2/2025] Approved LendersAll Mortgage Loan(s) will be originated and closed using Approved Lenders who apply for and meet the requirements of a solicitation issued by the Department. Mortgage Loans delivered to the Department by Approved Lenders must also meet the requirements of the Department's Servicer.
