Section 813-110-0035 - Community Rehabilitation Project Certification(1) A local government or its designated agent that certifies a participant in a community rehabilitation program shall certify to the department that the tax credits for the community rehabilitation program fall within the maximum amount of tax credits authorized in ORS 317.097.(2) A participant in a community rehabilitation program includes any individual, nonprofit corporation or unit of local government that re-loans proceeds to an individual participating in the community rehabilitation program.(3) A local government entity shall certify to the department that the local community rehabilitation standards will be met for all relending of proceeds from a certified loan.Or.
