Section 813-110-0027 - Certification Request by Lending Institution(1) A sponsor shall submit on behalf of the lending institution a separate request for each certification of a sponsoring entity requested under the Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credits program.(2) A sponsor shall pay a charge as assessed by the department for each request for a certification.Or.
