Section 813-010-0032 - Approved Housing Borrowers(1) Any person may apply to become a Borrower.(2) To help the Department evaluate the financial strength of a prospective Borrower to develop, own, maintain and manage a Project, the prospective Borrower shall submit any documents, credit reports and financial statements requested by the Department and consistent with the provisions of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act as it relates to the Department.Or.
