Section 812-005-0170 - Status of Backdated LicenseNotwithstanding any back-dating of a renewal, a person shall be in violation of ORS 701.021 if, at the time a person undertakes, offers to undertake, or submits a bid to do work as a contractor, the person is not actively licensed with the Board.
