Section 812-004-1480 - Resolution by Settlement and Construction of Settlement Agreement(1) The agency may present a settlement proposal to the complainant and respondent for their consideration and agreement at or after an on-site meeting or telephone mediation conducted under OAR 812-004-1450.(2) If the complainant and respondent sign a settlement agreement, the agreement shall be binding upon each party unless breached by the other.Or.
