Section 738-130-0095 - Coordination Procedures for the Disposal of Airport Land(1) The Department shall notify potential buyers of their responsibility to establish compliance and compatibility. (2) The Department shall obtain a written statement from a planning official of the affected city or county that all land use planning approvals have been obtained or that the planned sale complies with the acknowledged comprehensive plan but no local land use approvals are needed.
