Section 735-018-0140 - Sno-Park Permits Issued by Electronic Means(1) A person may purchase a Daily, Three-Day, or Annual Winter Recreation Area Parking Permit (Sno-Park permit) by means of an electronic transaction at DMV's website. Issuance of the permit is in accordance with OAR 735-080-0000.(2) Sno-Park permits purchased through an electronic transaction at DMV's website are mailed to the address provided by the person during the electronic transaction.(3) DMV issues an Interim Annual Sno-Park permit when a person purchases an Annual Sno-Park permit through an electronic transaction conducted at DMV's website. A person may print and use the Interim Annual Sno-Park permit as described in OAR 735-080-0000.Or. Admin. Code § 735-018-0140
