Section 471-030-0050 - Benefit Payments(1) Benefits shall be paid by such method as the Director may approve.(2) The Employment Department's primary payment method to any individual approved to receive unemployment insurance benefits is electronic funds transfer. "Electronic funds transfer" has the same meaning as provided in ORS 293.525.(3) Individuals who do not apply for direct deposit will be paid by a stored value card, including but not limited to ReliaCard Visa.Or.
