Section 461-105-0150 - Requests and Fees for Written Public Records(1) A request for written public records from the Office of Self-Sufficiency Programs must be in writing and must specifically identify the record being requested, the number of copies requested, and the name and address of the individual or entity making the request.(2) The topic of fees for public records is covered in OAR 407-003-0010 and 461-105-0060.Or.
