Section 410-134-0000 - Purpose(1) The purpose of this OAR Chapter 410, division 134 is to set forth the rules that are specific to the Healthier Oregon program.(2) The Healthier Oregon program is a medical assistance benefit package equal to OHP Plus defined and described in OAR 410-120-1210.(3) The Healthier Oregon program is funded with state and federal dollars as described in OAR 410-134-0004.Or.
