Section 350-016-0001 - Commission Required to Prepare Public Writings in Readable Form(1) The commission shall when reasonable prepare its public writings in simple language with short, precise, affirmative, active-voice sentences.(2) As used in this section, "public writing" means any rule, form, license or notice prepared by the commission.Or.
