Section 345-015-0465 - Stays(1) The hearing officer has the power to stay a proceeding for good cause, including to ensure a full, fair, and impartial proceeding.(2) Neither the filing of a motion nor the certification of a question to the Energy Facility Siting Council stays a contested case proceeding or extends the time for the performance of any act.Or.
