Section 333-062-0065 - Illumination(1) Where underwater lighting is used, the electrical circuit to the underwater light shall be equipped with a ground fault interrupter.(2) Where underwater lighting is not employed, and night or indoor bathing is permitted, the combined area and pool lighting shall be not less than two watts per square foot (0.93 m2) of deck area.(3) Where underwater lighting is used, and night or indoor bathing is permitted, area lighting shall be provided for the deck areas and directed away from the spa pool surface.
