Section 333-510-0030 - Nursing Services(1) The hospital shall provide a nursing service department, which provides 24-hour onsite registered nursing care, 7 days per week.(2) The nursing services department shall be under the direction of a nurse executive who is a registered nurse, licensed to practice in Oregon.(3) All nursing personnel shall maintain current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Or.
