Section 333-015-0232 - Retail Sale of Tobacco Products and Inhalant Delivery Systems: Education and Outreach(1) As part of program administration, the Authority or the LPHA shall provide educational resources to retailers to support compliance with state and federal laws, rules and regulations regulating the retail sale of tobacco products and inhalant delivery systems.(2) Educational materials may be made available in a retailer's preferred language upon request.Or.
