Section 333-120-0017 - Implementation(1) Any existing license or registration condition that is more restrictive than OAR 333-120 remains in force until there is an amendment or renewal of the license or registration.(2) If a license or registration condition exempts a licensee or registrant from a provision of OAR 333-120 in effect on or before July 1, 2006, it also exempts the licensee or registrant from the corresponding provision of OAR 333-120.(3) If a license or registration condition cites provisions of OAR 333-120 in effect prior to July 1, 2006, which do not correspond to any provisions of OAR 333-120, the license or registration condition remains in force until there is an amendment or renewal of the license or registration that modifies or removes this condition.Or.
