Section 800:25-9-6 - Checking in and out of hunt areas

(a) Persons participating in controlled hunts on Department managed areas are required to check in and out of the area at the beginning and end of each hunt unless specified otherwise.

(b) Unless otherwise provided, no one is allowed in a controlled hunt area during specified dates without a controlled hunt permit, except for emergency situations when permission has been given by a Department representative.
