Section 800:25-40-8 - OLAP sportsperson responsibilities

The following are some of the basic responsibilities of the OLAP sportspersons accessing OLAP properties enrolled in the Oklahoma Land Access Program:

(1) OLAP sports persons may not access an OLAP walk-in area if it is temporarily closed for agricultural or ranching activities.

(2) OLAP sports persons are responsible for obtaining current maps in digital or hard copy format to ensure lawful entrance onto an OLAP walk-in area and awareness of the boundaries of the OLAP walk-in area.
