The following words and terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Abstractor" means a person engaged in the business of abstracting including the holder of a Certificate of Authority, Permit or Abstractor License.
"Auditor" means the State Auditor and Inspector.
"Registrar" means the Abstractor Registrar.
"Respondent" means the person complained against.
