Section 75:15-13-9 - Supervision of personnel(a) A certified program shall establish in writing lines of supervision for all personnel. (b) Compliance with 75:15-13-9 shall be determined through a review of the program's policies and procedures, or any other supporting documentation provided including, but not limited to, personnel manuals, organizational charts, job descriptions, and personnel files.
