Words and terms, when used in this Subchapter, shall have the same meaning as defined in 47 O.S. §15-112, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"Missing one or more limbs," means missing one or more limbs which impairs the person's mobility, as used in the definition for "physical disability" in 47 O.S. §15-112(A)(2), [ 23 C.F.R., Part 1235 ].
