Section 545:15-1-5 - License(a) Each license issued by the Board shall be signed by each member of the Board, shall bear the Seal of the Board, and shall designate the licensee as a licensed podiatrist.(b) Licenses, to remain effective, must be renewed biennially or reinstated as provided by the Act.Okla.
