Section 5:11-5-4 - Minimum standards for preparation of abstracts

Copies of documents included in an abstract of title prepared by a holder of a certificate of authority shall be as legible as the source document on file in the offices of the County Clerk or the District Court Clerk except for source documents larger than 8 1/2" x 14".
