Section 465:10-3-5 - Renewal of licenses and salesperson registrations

Notification for renewal of all licenses and salesperson registrations shall be sent by the Commission to each of its licensees by May 1 of each year and all licensees shall return the completed renewal applications , along with the proper fees, by June 1 of each year.
