Section 405:20-1-5 - Location and hours of operation; service(a) State agencies or others seeking information about these rules and regulations or wishing to make submissions or requests should contact the Publications Clearinghouse at the following address: Oklahoma Publications Clearinghouse, Oklahoma Department of Libraries, 200 N.E. 18th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73105-3298, (405) 521-2502 or 1-800-522-8116. (b) Copies of publications deposited with the Publications Clearinghouse may be examined at the above address from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays. Publications are loaned directly to state employees and to citizens through interlibrary loan when sufficient copies are available. Reference assistance is provided to all patrons working with the collection on the premises. Okla. Admin. Code § 405:20-1-5
