Section 375:8-3-37 - Open meetings filings

Meeting notices filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State in accordance with the Open Meeting Law (25 O.S. § 301et seq.) shall be retained in office until no longer needed for administrative purposes then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
