Section 375:8-3-29 - State and federal guidelines-published

Guidelines issued by state and federal officials pertaining to OSBI activities that are published in the Code of Federal Regulations or the Oklahoma Register shall be retained in office until superseded by subsequent guidelines, then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
