Okla. Admin. Code § 35:55-1-1
These rules regulate commercial pet breeders and animal shelterspursuant to Section 30.1 et seq. of Title 4 of the Oklahoma Statutes known as the Commercial Pet Breeders and Animal Shelter LicensingAct . The administration of the Commercial Pet Breeders and Animal Shelter LicensingAct shall be performed by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry and the State Board of Agriculture. Administration of the Act shall conform to the Administrative Procedures Act, Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and procedural rules found in Title 35 of the Oklahoma Administrative Code as promulgated by the State Board of Agriculture.
