Section 317:30-5-1040 - Organized health care delivery systemThe OHCA recognizes an Organized Health Care Delivery System (OHCDS) as an entity with an identifiable component within its mission which is organized for the purpose of delivering health care. The entity must furnish at least one service covered by the Oklahoma Medicaid State Plan itself (i.e. through its own employees). Those employees who furnish each service must meet the State's minimum qualifications for its provision. So long as the entity continues to furnish at least one service itself, it may contract with other qualified providers to furnish Medicaid covered services.
