Section 310:545-1-2 - Approved laboratory

An approved laboratory shall be any laboratory that meets the requirements of Section 353 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 263 a) as revised by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988, Public Law 100-578.
