Section 255:1-7-1 - Purpose; fair and impartial construction

The Rules and Regulations and modes of procedures contained in this chapter are adopted for the purpose of simplifying procedure, avoiding delays, saving expense and facilitating the operations of the State Board of Equalization. To that end, these Rules and Regulations shall be given a fair and impartial construction.
