Section 252:307-7-4 - Corrective action(s)

If the laboratory fails to implement and maintain corrective actions as stated in its corrective action plan(s), the laboratory's accreditation shall be revoked for all or any portion of its scope of accreditation for any or all of a field of accreditation, a method, or analyte within a field of accreditation.
