Section 150:35-1-2 - Authority

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce has the authority to designate enterprise zones within the state based upon the requirements of 62 O.S., Sections 690.2(5) and 690.3 and to promulgate rules regarding application procedures and requirements for enterprise zones pursuant to 62 O.S., Section 690.3(B).
