Section 150:1-15-3 - Service of notice

Service of a Notice of Show Cause hearing shall be by the marshal of the Department or his designee or by certified mail. Certified mail shall be addressed to the last address of record of the party to be served and requires the return of a signed, dated receipt of delivery.
