Section 10:15-18-14 - Failure to apply to take succeeding examinations

If a candidate fails to sit for a test section for thirty (30) months after approval, or fails to sit for one (1) test section for a thirty (30) month period, that individual shall no longer be considered a candidate and must reapply as a qualification applicant and meet the qualification requirements in effect at the time of making application.
