Okla. Admin. Code § 1:2019-21
I, J. Kevin Stitt, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to the authority vested in me by Sections 1 and 2 of Article VI of the Oklahoma Constitution, in recognition of Peace Officers Memorial Day, direct that appropriate steps be taken to fly all American flags and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, to honor Federal, State, and local officers killed or disabled in the line of duty.
This executive order shall be forwarded to the Division of Capitol Assets Management who shall cause the provision of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.
