Okla. Admin. Code § 1:2016-4
I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, hereby direct that appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2016, to honor former Representative Steve Boeckman, who passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016.
Steve Boeckman served honorably in the Oklahoma House of Representatives for District 39 from 1983 to 1993. He continued to serve the citizens of District 39 through various community initiatives and volunteer opportunities. His dedication to the betterment of the State of Oklahoma will not be forgotten.
This Executive Order shall be forwarded to the Department of Capital Assets Management, who shall cause the provisions of this Order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of State government.
