I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, hereby direct that appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2015, to honor former Representative Clyde Sare, who passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015.
Clyde Sare was elected to serve in the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 1958 at the age of 22. He served in the House of Representatives until 1962. Afterwards, he remained active in politics-serving as the past president of the Washington County Democratic Party-and helped promote historic preservation initiatives. His commitment to public service is truly remarkable.
This Executive Order shall be forwarded to the Department of Capital Assets Management, who shall cause the provisions of this Order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of State government.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 9th day of February, 2015.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA
