Okla. Admin. Code § 1:2013-23
I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, in recognition of Memorial Day, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 27, 2013, to honor those Americans who gave their lives for the freedom we enjoy today.
This executive order shall be forwarded to the Division of Capitol Assets Management who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 24th day of May, 2013.
